Title: Creamy Salmon Pasta

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Onion, chopped
30gButter (1 oz)
425gTin Salmon, drained (15 oz)
1 Carrot, grated
300mlCream
2tbParsley, chopped
500gDried Pasta

Cook onion in butter in a saucepan until soft. Stir in the salmon & carrot, cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add cream & parsley, bring to the boil, remove from heat. Meanwhile, boil or microwave pasta until just tender, drain. Toss pasta into salmon mixture. Serves 4.
